Sabella Fae's Ausome Adventures Sweepstakes – Official Rules

Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on June 18, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on July 3, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Maryland who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void outside Maryland and where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by either:

1. Making a voluntary donation to Sabella Fae's Ausome Adventures during the Sweepstakes Period; or

2. Submitting a mail-in entry as described below.

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

To enter without making a donation, mail a postcard containing your:

• Full Name

• Date of Birth

• Residential Address

• Email Address

• Phone Number

Mail-in entries must be received no later than July 3, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time to be eligible.

Entry Limits

Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per household during the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.

Multiple entries submitted by the same individual or household may be disqualified.

No donation amount is required to enter. Donations are voluntary and will not increase an entrant's chances of winning. Regardless of donation amount, each eligible participant is limited to one (1) entry during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

If the fundraising campaign receives at least $2,000.00 in total donations by the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, the winner will receive:

One (1) Pair of Meta Wayfarer Gen 2 Smart Glasses

If the fundraising campaign does not receive at least $2,000.00 in total donations by the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, the winner will instead receive:

One (1) $50 Amazon Gift Card

The prize awarded is determined solely by the total fundraising amount achieved during the Sweepstakes Period and not by any individual entrant's donation amount or method of entry.

No substitution, transfer, exchange, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The winner will be announced on or about July 4, 2026.

Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry.

The selected winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the Sponsor's initial notification attempt.

Failure to respond within twenty-four (24) hours may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prior to receiving the prize, the winner must provide:

• Proof of Maryland residency

• Valid government-issued photo identification

• A valid Maryland residential mailing address

P.O. Boxes are not acceptable for prize delivery.

An adult signature will be required upon delivery of the prize.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, fails verification, is found ineligible, refuses the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected through an additional random drawing.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission for Sabella Fae's Ausome Adventures to use the winner's first name, last initial, and Maryland county of residence for winner announcement and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sabella Fae's Ausome Adventures, its officers, directors, volunteers, affiliates, representatives, and agents from any liability, loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sweepstakes Integrity

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, administrative errors, force majeure events, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity, administration, security, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or undermine its legitimate operation may result in disqualification and may be referred to appropriate authorities.

Sponsor decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, verification, interpretation of these Official Rules, and all other matters relating to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding.
